Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2PM IST Mon-Fri are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2PM IST or on weekends ship the next business day
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number within 1 hour of dispatch
- Large items (commercial printers) may require an additional 1-2 days processing

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@vedprinter.online. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 24 hours as carriers sometimes update tracking early. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
